We have just received a copy of our wedding trailer and DVD and I don’t think we could be any happier with how they have turned out. We were both nervous about watching the DVD as we would live through our Wedding Day all over again. Tomek and his colleagues have been able to capture so many special moments throughout the day, from smiles, tears, laughter and winks all edited together to tell a story. Tomek and Linda worked tirelessly on the day itself, never asking anything of us all the while capturing the important elements of the day. Initially we were not going to get a DVD but now having seen the finished product and shown it to family and friends we both believe it was one of the best decisions we made about the day. Well, what can we say? The greatest compliment you can pay a Filmmaker, for that is what he surely is rather than a Videographer, is to look back and realise we hardly knew he was there. First, Tomek is a gentleman with an emphasis on ‘gentle’. He is co-operative, open to suggestion, indeed encourages ideas, and always places a priority on what his customer is looking for.

You simply leave it all up to Tomek – with a few instructions – and he will paint the picture of a master. He was unobtrusive, almost like a ghost with an all-seeing eye, moving through our Wedding day with all the charm and professionalism you would hope for but could never expect.
Tomek brought an unbelievable blend of professionalism, warmth and talent to the best day of our lives. He also has the patience of a saint. One example. He travelled all the way from Cork to Renvyle Hotel in Connemara, right on the Atlantic Ocean. The shoot would last from early morning to the end of the first dance, approximately 10pm. After the meal, we decided to delay our first dance in order to give the guests an hour to relax. Caught up in the excitement, we forgot to ask Tomek about our ‘on the spot’ decision. In the meantime, the band started up. We got lost in time. My best man played a Video. We mingled some more.
Eventually, we got to have out first dance. By the time, we remembered Tomek, it was well past his appointed hour to conclude his evening’s work. He were still there, late into the night, smiles as wide as their camera lenses. He had been paid early in the day, but just wanted to know whether we wanted anything else from them. It must have been close to midnight. We were embarrassed. We offered to pay for a room for him in the Hotel. He said he couldn’t stay because he was late for an important personal appointment in Galway that night – an hour-and-a-half away. He was a class act. We received our Wedding Film last Wednesday 3 ½ months after our Wedding Day. It may seem like a long time. But, Tomek told us this would be the case because he was so busy in the summer and he wanted to do the best job possible.
Five words for you: IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.

Cinematic Weddings were pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They have a varied choice of wedding packages at very good prices considering the production quality. On the wedding day they blended into the background. They were extremely friendly and enthusiastic, seeming to enjoy the day as much as our guests. Our guests were very impressed by the steadycam. The end wedding production was movie or documentary quality with beautiful camera angles and sweeps. The editing is seamless and creative and has a very nice choice of music that goes well with every scene. These guys have passion for creativity and vision. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

WE LOVE our film! We watched it twice yesterday evening and I watched it again this morning. It really picks up on the atmosphere and emotions of the whole day. We cant wait to show it to all our family and friends.
